    Randolph County is located in East Central Indiana and borders Ohio.  Union City is actually cut in half by the Indiana-Ohio border.  Winchester is the county seat and is situated in the center of the county.  If you are traveling north or south through the United States, U.S. 27 is a delightful route steeped in history and scenic beauty.  Amish Country, Native American history, and the Underground Railroad are just a few of the things that will make your journey just as exciting as your destination.
